1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
- Intimate apparel or lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process

- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Clear photo(s) of the item (if defective or damaged)
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not accept direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
